3.1 Facilitator / Middleman Role
Eventsstay.com operates solely as a facilitation platform connecting attendees with third-party hotels and transport providers. We do not own, operate, or control:
- Hotels or accommodations
- Cab vehicles or drivers
- Bus transport services
All services are delivered by independent providers.
3.2 Service Quality Disclaimer
Eventsstay.com shall not be liable for:
- Hotel service deficiencies
- Cleanliness or maintenance issues
- Overbooking situations
- Staff behavior
- Amenity availability
However, coordination support will be provided where feasible.
3.3 Transport Risk Disclaimer
We are not liable for:
- Traffic delays
- Vehicle breakdowns
- Accidents
- Driver conduct
- Route diversions
- Law-and-order disruptions
Guests use transport services at their own risk.
3.4 Bus Transport Risks
- Guests must report 15–30 minutes prior to departure.
- Missed boarding will not be compensated.
- Delays due to traffic, police restrictions, or weather are beyond our control.
3.5 Personal Belongings

- Loss of luggage
- Theft
- Damage to personal belongings
Guests are advised to take appropriate precautions.
3.6 Guest Conduct
Service providers reserve the right to deny service without refund if guests are:
- Intoxicated
- Disruptive
- Non-compliant with rules
Any damages caused to property or vehicles must be borne by the guest.
